Working with Lorna Leibowitz of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, we turned this Upper East Side 2 Bedroom convertible to 3, into a sale over the asking price on the first open house! Simple changes included; massive de-cluttering, arranging furniture into a more feng shui friendly flow, adding pops of color into every space. In this case, brillliant apple green. We turned the master bedroom into a zen-like retreat and showcased each room as it was meant to be used in the gracious pre-war period. We also included floor plans to show how a third bedroom could be used to potential buyers.
