I recommended Julie to a client of mine to help stage an apartment that was empty prior to selling. Julie worked with my client and stayed within her budget and staged the apartment beautifully.. we ended up receiving multiple bids, sharply over the asking price, and way above the building comps! I highly recommend Julie as she is great to work with and very affordable with great results!
As a design professional, Julie Schuster is a colleague of mine and that said I would also say she is a designers - designer. A person that instills the feeling of trust right from the very first meeting. She brings with her not only the normal credentials of a seasoned professional but also the time tested reinforcement of Feng Shui to create the harmony, peace of mind and good fortune that any client would desire.
My collaboration with her on the show/auction Design on a Dime proved to be one of the most fruitful unions of my career with the whole experience yielding tremendous positive energy for the entire Housing Works community. Adding to this, she is a person of cultivated beauty who loves to share with others and is not afraid to take risks. I feel very happy to know and continue to know her and would not hesitate at all to recommend her for any design project, large or small as she is quite focused on her client's harmonious and ethetic integration with their surroundings.
