Contacted by the real estate agent to help stage this petite one bedroom apartment conveniently located in the Financial District, NYC. The apartment owner was overseas and while a subletor resided in the space; a corporate sponsor that used the apartment for their out of town employees.

The apartment was poorly furnished, poorly maintained and had no visual appeal.  The agent, Kevin Wong,  believed the potential buyer would most likely purchase the apartment and continue to sublet for investment purposes.

Julie Schuster Design Studio suggested to refurnish the apartment inexpensively.  Its purpose was to present the apartment at its best and give the future purchaser a space that needed nothing further for its current use. Newly purchased modern furnishing were staged to coordinate with the client's existing furnishings and window coverings.
