HUDSON RIVER VIEWS

This cozy studio on the Upper West Side was gifted with a lovely renovation of the kitchen and bath and beautiful views of the Hudson River. Unfortunately all was hidden under years of living and clutter which prevented it from showing well to prospective buyers. 
The client was planning to move into another space of similar size, so we jumped into gear to decorate the current space with furnishings and art that not only showcase the livability of this apartment but will also move with her to her new one.

The challenge with a studio apartment is defining areas and functions in one large room. We began by creating a furniture plan that would showcase the different living areas and their compatibility, created a dining area just perfect for morning coffee and the beautiful river view, a sleeping space and a comfortable living/conversation grouping. The redesigned space perfectly showed off its versatility and allowed the renovations to shine.
